  • Develop the tender schedule, tender conditions and criteria for tender evaluation together with the Client, prepare proposals for the Client on composition and operating procedures of the tender commission
  • Develop recommendations on selection of a successful bidder

Contract management
  • Check of justification of execution of additional agreements to the project main agreement
  • Identification of construction priorities together with the Client
  • Management and coordination of the contractors’ activities
  • Submit the extended list of the Bidders to the Client
  • Arrange for of Bidders pre-qualification; submission of summary data to the Client
  • Distribute tender documentation, receive fee proposals from bidders
  • Technical and economic analysis of the bidders’ fee proposals
  • Participate in negotiations with the bidders
  • Develop the strategy of conclusion of the agreements together with the Client
  • Support the Client in the process of negotiation of agreement conditions
  • Review and approve the additional agreements to the main agreements under negotiation (excluding legal consulting)
